Always 8 Baccarat

CLASSIC BACCARAT GAME WITH A UNIQUE TWIST

Unveiling Always 8 Baccarat, a riveting reinvention of the classic Baccarat game with an added twist.

Here, the Banker’s first card is always set as ‘8’ and permanently placed on the table as the Banker’s first card. This change brings a new dynamic to the playstyle, urging players to look out for new trends and adopt different betting strategies.

The aim of Always 8 Baccarat stays the same as traditional Baccarat – guess which side, Player or Banker, will have a score closer to 9.

‘Banker Pair’ and ‘Player Pair’ side bets are available for players looking to increase their potential winnings. Players can also bet on ‘Tie’ if they think that the score will be the same for both sides.

Set in a stunning gold-themed studio, Always 8 Baccarat is a great addition to our ever-expanding, world-class Baccarat portfolio.

HOW TO PLAY

The game is played with eight standard 52-card decks that are shuffled by a continuous shuffle machine, and only the numeric values of each card are relevant.

The card values are as follows:

• Aces are worth 1 point each
• Cards from 2 to 9 are worth their numerical values
• 10s and face cards (Jack, Queen and King) are each worth 0.

THE BETTING PHASE

Before each deal, players can bet on whether the Player’s or Banker’s hand will win by having the hand closest or equal to 9.

You can also wager on a Tie, which occurs when both the Player and Banker hold hands of equal value.

THE DEAL

In Always 8 Baccarat, the dealer’s first card is always pre-determined and is already present on the table when the round starts.

After the betting time is over, the dealer deals two cards to the Player and one card to the Banker.

THE RESULT

Each hand’s value is calculated by dropping the tens digit in a hand otherwise worth 10 or more. Similarly, a face card plus a 9 will be worth 9.

If the Player or the Banker receives an initial two-card hand worth 8 or 9, no additional cards will be dealt to either hand. A third card might be drawn for Player, Banker or both sides adhering to standard Baccarat rules.
