When an End-User participates Swing for the boundaries! Aim for the stars! promotion via the Casino Operator’s website, End-User/s enter a legally binding contract that is subject to these T&Cs.

- By participating in the Swing for the boundaries! Aim for the stars! promotion, Casino Operator/s and End-User/s both agree to comply with these T&Cs.
- These T&Cs should be read alongside Ezugi’s general terms and conditions, and the Casino Operator’s terms and conditions.
- Participation Swing for the boundaries! Aim for the stars! promotion is only available via End Users’ online account functionality with the Casino Operator’s website, mobile website and app.

- These T&Cs represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between Casino Operators and Ezugi and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.
- Ezugi does not warrant the constant availability and functionality of the Swing for the boundaries! Aim for the stars! promotion. Ezugi may not be held liable and will be held harmless by the Casino Operators for any damages, losses, costs, loss of profits or any other disadvantage an End-User may incur in connection with any disconnection from or the non-availability of any promotion offered by Ezugi for whatsoever reason.
- Ezugi shall not be liable for computer or Internet malfunctions.
- Ezugi reserves the right to amend these T&Cs and/or to implement or amend any procedures, at any time. Ezugi will notify Casino Operators of such amendments by publishing the updated T&Cs on the Website, which will take effect immediately after such publication. Casino Operators undertake to notify End-Users accordingly. By continuing to participate in the contest/s after this notification both Casino Operators and End-Users alike will be accepting the changes to the T&Cs. Procedural changes will only be in response to the interests and security of the Website or the End-Users.
- The T&Cs are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malta.
- If an End-User has any grievances/disputes relative to this promotion, such End-User’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be with the Casino Operator.
- Ezugi reserves the right to terminate promotion at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
- Only settled bets on contributing games will count as qualifying bets.
- Ezugi reserves the right to withhold any winnings in the event of any suspicions of fraud or other illegal behavior or, otherwise, for legitimate reasons to protect the genuine interests of Ezugi whilst always being mindful of End-Users’ legitimate expectations.
- Ezugi makes every effort to ensure that errors or mistakes do not occur. Ezugi reserves the right to void winnings resulting from any obvious error or mistake or any technical fault. End Users will forfeit any winnings that result from such errors or mistakes or technical faults.
